— About HJM Global

Built to close the documentation gap in industrial procurement.

From the first RFQ to final handoff, every component is sourced from audited manufacturers and delivered with full certification. That is not a service feature — it is the operating model.

/ Our Founding Mandate

HJM Global was established to remove the verification burden from industrial procurement teams. Cross-border sourcing carries inherent compliance risk — expired certifications, unaudited sub-suppliers, and documentation gaps that surface only after delivery.

Traceability is the operating model.

We structured the company so that every part number links to a mill certificate and a manufacturer QA sign-off before the order is confirmed. Procurement teams receive the documentation package alongside the components — not on request, not after chasing.

+ Sourcing Network

Audited manufacturers across three regions.

Our supplier relationships are built on factory-floor audits — not catalog agreements. Each manufacturer in the network holds current certifications and has passed HJM Global's compliance review before any order is placed.

Japan

Marine-grade fittings, precision bearings, and industrial fasteners. JIS-certified mills with full material traceability.

Korea

Shipbuilding components and heavy industrial assemblies. KS-compliant manufacturers with documented QA chains.

Europe

Technical and instrumentation equipment. CE-marked, EN-certified, sourced direct from original equipment manufacturers.

How We Operate

Four values embedded in every RFQ response.

Compliance — Integrity — Transparency — Precision. These are operational standards, verifiable at every stage of a procurement cycle, from the initial quote through final delivery documentation.
